Moss for iPhone and Mac · Effective September 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of Moss, the email and calendar app for iPhone and Mac operated by Pug Health LLC ("we", "us"). By using Moss, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using Moss

Your content

Your mail, calendar and contacts belong to you. Moss accesses them only to show and manage them for you on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of your content.

Our app

Moss, its design, name and mossman character belong to us. You may use the app for personal purposes, but please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, except where the law allows.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of Moss at any time. Moss depends on Google's services, and features may change if Google changes them. We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app.

No warranty

Moss is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work hard to keep your mail safe and the app reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Always keep important mail in Gmail itself.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pug Health LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Moss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Moss, if any.

Ending use

You can stop using Moss at any time by signing out and deleting the app. We may suspend access if these terms are misused.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, except where your local law gives you rights that can't be waived.
